These terms explain how Dukandam works and what you agree to when you use it. Please read them carefully.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the Dukandam website ("Dukandam", "we", "us"). By using Dukandam you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What Dukandam does

Dukandam is a directory of shops in Pakistan's city markets. We show shops, their products and their prices, and help you send an order to a shop on WhatsApp. Dukandam is not a seller and does not own, stock, sell or deliver any product.

3. Orders are between you and the shop

  • When you send an order, it goes directly to the shop on WhatsApp.
  • The shop confirms the final price, stock, payment and delivery with you.
  • Any sale, payment, delivery, return or refund is an agreement between you and the shop.
  • Dukandam is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for it.

4. Prices and product information

Shops add and update their own products, photos and prices. We work to keep listings accurate, but prices on Dukandam are estimates and may change. Always confirm the details with the shop before you pay.

5. Using Dukandam fairly

You agree not to:

  • use Dukandam for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
  • send false, abusive or spam orders to shops;
  • copy, scrape or resell content from Dukandam without our written permission;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the website.

6. Shop listings

Our team checks every shop before it goes live, but we cannot guarantee the quality of any product or service. Shop owners also agree to our Shop owner terms. We may hide or remove a listing that breaks these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Dukandam name, logo, design and website content belong to Dukandam. Shop names, photos and product details belong to the shops that added them. You may not use our name or logo without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Dukandam is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a sale between you and a shop, from information added by shops, or from the website being unavailable for a time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using Dukandam after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
